1. Full delegate : Authors with full papers, authors with short papers, participants
2. Student : Students with full papers, students with short papers, students participants
3. Demonstration : Demonstration of devices or research prototypes
4. One Day participation : Participation for one day for people without papers or demonstrations, excluding gala dinner.

1. Open access publication fees (up to 12 pages)

2. Admittance to the ICOST2019 sessions (14-16 October) : oral and poster sessions, panel sessions and demonstrations

3. Coffee breaks and lunches throughout the conference (14-16 October)

4. Gala dinner

Notes

• Closing date for early registration is Friday August 27, 2019.

• Above rate is for the main ICOST 2019 program (14-16 October).

• At least one of authors has to register by August 27, 2019.

• Each paper need to be registered separately.

• Substitute delegates are welcome, if the registration category (full/student) can be applied to the substitute delegate.

• Students are requested to present a valid student ID or a certificate of attendance at your school(in English) upon collection of their conference kit on site.

• Special discount fees are provided for universities and academic institutions from Economically Developing Countries.
