Above rate is for the main ICOST 2015 program (10-12 June).
At least one of authors has to register by 23 March.
Substitute delegates are welcome, if the registration category (full/student) can be applied to the substitute delegate.
Students are requested to present a valid student ID or a certificate of attendance at your school(in English) upon collection of their conference kit on site.
Special discount fees apply only to universities and academic institution in Economically Developing Countries countries and not people from these countries.

Written cancellation received before 20 May 2015 (GMT 23:59): Full refund (Except card handling charges or remittance charges).
For administrative reasons, cancellation letter (no e-mail) must specify the reason of the cancellation and clearly ask the refund. An International Bank Account Number must be joined to the cancellation letter for the refund. Cancellation will be processed after the conference and the refund may take several months. Send the cancellation letter to ICOST 2015 Secretariat.
