Camera Ready Submission

If your paper is accepted to ICOST 2015, please submit the final camera-ready version of your paper following the instructions below.

  1. Login to the submission system and ensure that your name and affiliation are correct. The information you provide will go into the conference program so please make appropriate changes as soon as possible.

  2. Prepare the final version of your paper, taking into account the comments from the reviews. YOUR PAPER WILL BE CHECKED TO ENSURE REVIEWERS' FEEDBACK HAS BEEN TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION. Please make sure you follow the Springer Proceedings formatting instructions to avoid any delays in the processing of your paper. Formatting instructions can be found under Author Instructions on the conference website. For full papers, the page limit is 12 pages in the Springer format. For short papers, the page limit is 6 pages in the Springer format. Please DO NOT make any changes to the format e.g. fonts, margins, spacing, etc. If you are using LaTex, please do not play LaTeX tricks.

  3. Send the Camera-ready version to The deadline for the reception of camera-ready version is March 27th, 2015. There will be no deadline extension for this.

  4. Your manuscripts have to be accompanied by a signed copyright form. You need to send a scanned version of the form by email to by March 27th, 2015. Download the original copyright form (mirror link). The Volume Editors are "Antoine Geissbuhler, Jacques Demongeot, Mounir Mokhtari, Bessam Abdulrazak and Hamdi Aloulou".

  5. Papers' source files, text (latex or word), and figures, needed to make the paper, should be sent to
