An ICOST Short Paper requires the production of a poster, which will be on display throughout the duration of the ICOST 2013 Conference, and a "presentation" during a special poster session on the program. The poster session “presentation” requires one of the authors to be present at their poster during specific time slots on the Program to present the work (poster), interact with other conference participants and to answer any questions that may arise.
The venue for the display will be the main “social area” for the Conference, where all the tea/coffee breaks and all the exhibits will take place.
The poster should be designed to fit the following dimensions:
- Maximum Paper Size: A1 (841 x 594 mm or 33.1 x 23.39 inch)
- Page layout: Portrait
- Maximum height: 841 mm or 33.1 inch
- Maximum width: 594 mm or 23.39 inch
- We cannot accept posters formatted in landscape.
