If your paper is accepted to ICOST 2013, please submit the final version (camera-ready) of your paper.
- Login to the submission system and ensure that your name and affiliation are correct. The information you provide will go into the conference program so please make appropriate changes as soon as possible. (https://www.easychair.org)
- Prepare the final version of your paper, taking into account the comments from the reviews. YOUR PAPER WILL BE CHECKED TO ENSURE REVIEWERS’ FEEDBACK HAS BEEN TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION. Please make sure you follow the Springer Proceedings formatting instructions to avoid possible delay in the processing of your paper. Formatting instructions can be found from the conference website (http://www.icostconference.org/author-instructions). For short papers, the page limit is 6 pages in the Springer format. Please do NOT make any changes to the format e.g. fonts, margins, spacing, etc. If you are using LaTex, please do not play LaTeX tricks.
- Upload the camera-ready version in the Easy chair web site using the submenu « Submit a new version » in the tab corresponding to your paper. )NOTE: The deadline for the reception of camera-ready version is by April 29, 2013. There will be no deadline extension for this).
- Your manuscript has to be accompanied by a signed copyright form. Please append the scanned copyright form to the end of your manuscript before uploading the manuscript through Easy chair as in step 3. You can download the original copyright form from, http://www.springer.com/computer/lncs?SGWID=0-164-6-793341-0. The Volume Editors are, "Jit Biswas, Hisato Kobayashi, Lawrence Wong, Bessam Abdulrazak and Mounir Mokhtari". Alternately, you can download the form where Volume Editors' names are filled in from, LNCS-Springer_Copyright_Form_ICOST2013.pdf.
- At least one author of the paper has to register to conference by April 29, 2013 for inclusion in the proceedings.
