Upon the succesful reception of your registration form you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail. Any inquiries regarding registration should be sent to the organising committee chair.

Notes
- Registration fees cover admittance to the ICOST2009 sessions, lunches and coffee breaks throughout the conference, gala evening and dinner (2nd July), the conference kit and one volume of the conference proceedings (Springer LNCS).
- Extra guests are welcome to the gala evening and dinner (80 euros/extra guest). Extra guests have to be specified using the registration form.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Written cancellation received before 10th June 2009: full refund.
For administrative reasons, cancellation letter (no e-mail) must specify the reason of the cancellation and clearly ask the refund. An International Bank Account Number must be joined to the cancellation letter for the refund. Cancellation will be processed after the conference and the refund may take several months. - Substitute delegates are welcome, if the registration category (full/student) can be applied to the substitute delegate.
- Written cancellation received before 10th June 2009: full refund.
- Authors registration fees can NOT be refunded.
- Students are requested to present a valid student ID upon collection of their conference kit on site.
