Conference Proceedings will be published by Springer as a volume of the Lecture Notes in Computer Science series.

Please complete the following steps in order to get your ICOST2009 paper published:

1. Copyright

   Download Springer LNCS copyright form. Read the copyright policy, fill in (on screen), print and sign the form. Then fax it to +33 1 60 76 42 91. This must be done before April 15th, 2009.

   Note: For jointly authored papers, an original signature is required from one (assumed main) author only.

2. Camera-Ready Paper

   To prepare the Camera-Ready paper, follow the reviewers' comments sent to you by e-mail and make sure that you meet the Springer LNCS guidelines.

   Note: The maximum number of pages is 8 for full papers and 4 pages for short papers. Please do not add page numbers or any other heading information in your paper.

3. Camera-Ready Paper Submission

   Produce a pdf file of your paper and name your camera ready copy file with ICOST2009_paperID.pdf.
   To speed up the publication process, please send us in addition to the PDF file of your camera ready the Microsoft Word or Latex source files zipped and named ICOST2009_PaperID.zip.

   If all precedings terms are fulfilled send the Camera-Ready paper to icost2009@it-sudparis.eu before April 15th, 2009.

   Note: If your file is too large to be sent via email, please send us an e-mail to request a username/password to upload your file on the conference server.

   If you do not receive an acknowledgment of the successful reception within 3 days please send us an e-mail.

4. Registration

   In order for your paper to be included in the proceedings we require at least one author to register and pay the registration fees before April 15th 2009 (on-site payment not applicable). For registration please refer to the registration page.

The acceptance notification has been sent to you via email. If you need a printed copy please contact the organising committee.
