Conference registration and accommodations
For accounting reasons, the registration process is divided in two separated parts:- Registration to the conference which is paid to the University of Sherbrooke
- Registration for accommodations (meeting package) which is paid to Hotel Chéribourg
The “additional nights” rate is also available for accompanying people during the conference. But they won’t have access to conference meals. If they want to participate to BBQ and / or banquet events, extra tickets can be bought using the conference registration form.
Hotel registration

- Please note that prices are in Canadian Dollars and do not include taxes (add 7% of GST and 7.5% of TVQ)
Some information on the Hotel Chéribourg
- The conference will be held at the Hotel Cheribourg
in the city of Magog, about 30 min.
from Sherbrooke and
it's University.
- Accommodation and conference rooms are on the same site.
- Wireless network is available on-site.
- The conference hotel offers many interesting free recreational installations:
tennis, volleyball and badminton, sauna, whirlpools and fitness room, indoor and
outdoor swimming pools, cycling trails and walking pathways, pétanque and horseshoe pitch.
- Other services are also available. Let’s mention massages, balneotherapy
and golf courses located at a walking distance from the hotel. Rates are available
