Registration

• For accounting reasons, the registration process is divided in two separated parts:
  
  
  1. Registration to the conference which is paid to the University of Sherbrooke
  2. Registration for accommodations (meeting package) which is paid to Hotel Chéribourg
     
     
• Conference registration includes attendance at all conference sessions and a copy of proceedings, accompanying extras for meals and events, as wine, drinks and cocktails, etc. Accommodations through hotel registration include the meals in themselves (lunches, BBQ, banquet, etc.), extra are thus paid through conference registration.
  
  
• Since a part of meals is covered by registration to the conference and the other part by registration for accommodation, we mentioned the general clause “welcome cocktail, BBQ, banquet, all luncheons, all coffee breaks” on both registration forms but a different part of meals is covered by each fee.
  
  
• Thus for the duration of the conference (arrival on July 3rd and leave on July 6th), authors and participants have to register to the meeting package. Participants that desire to arrive earlier or leave later may also book their room at the conference hotel for the additional nights as B& B.
  
  
• The registration fees for ICOST 2005 conference, inclusive of taxes, is as follows:

• The additional nights are also available for accompanying people during the conference. But these won’t have access to conference meals. So if they want to participate to BBQ and / or banquet, extra tickets can be bought using the registration conference registration form.
  
  
• To qualify for the student rate, students must justify their student status. Students can fax or mail us either current ID card, or a letter from their department/supervisor confirming their full-time student status.

• Conference registration can be done in one of following ways below:
  
  Note: All payments are made in Canadians dollars only. Please note that all bank charges are to be borne by the participant and payment is to be made prior to the conference. Admittance will only be permitted upon receipt of full payment.

  5. On-site Registration
     You may still perform on-site registration and payment during the conference.
     On-site registration will be accepted at Hotel Chéribourg on July 3rd (3:00 - 6:00 pm)and July 4th (8:30 - 9:00am).
     Download and fill out the registration form available in Acrobat PDF format or MS word format and present the form during the on-site registration.
     We accept MasterCard and Visa, or exact amount of registration fee in CAN Dollar cash.
